The following are strictly prohibited in chat:

- Spam: Unsolicited messages, promotional content, or repetitive messages
- Inappropriate Content: Sexual, violent, or offensive messages or images
- Personal Information: Sharing personal contact details unless necessary for the trip
- Fraudulent Activity: Attempting to arrange payments outside the app or soliciting private trips
3.3 Chat Etiquette
- Introduce yourself at the beginning of the conversation
- Be polite and courteous
- Avoid using all caps (which can be perceived as shouting)
- Use proper grammar and spelling
- Respect the other person's time and privacy
- End conversations appropriately
Remember: All chat conversations are logged and may be reviewed in case of disputes or complaints. Use chat responsibly.
4. In-Vehicle Conduct
The vehicle is a shared space where all passengers and the driver deserve to feel comfortable and respected. The following guidelines apply to all in-vehicle interactions.
4.1 Passenger Conduct
Passengers must:
- Be respectful to the driver and other passengers
- Use appropriate language at all times
- Keep the vehicle clean and tidy
- Follow safety instructions from the driver
- Refrain from eating or drinking without permission
- Keep noise levels reasonable
- Not interfere with the driver's operation of the vehicle
- Not consume alcohol or drugs during the trip

Drivers must:

- Not discriminate against any passenger

4.3 Prohibited In-Vehicle Behavior
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited in the vehicle:
- Harassment: Any unwanted sexual advances, inappropriate touching, or suggestive comments
- Discrimination: Treating passengers differently based on race, gender, religion, or other characteristics
- Verbal Abuse: Yelling, swearing, or using offensive language
- Physical Aggression: Any form of physical violence or intimidation
- Property Damage: Intentionally damaging or vandalizing the vehicle
- Substance Use: Consuming alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances
Any violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the vehicle, account suspension, permanent termination, and possible legal action.
5. Conversation Guidelines
Conversations between passengers and drivers are an important part of the Pickseat experience. While we encourage friendly interaction, all conversations must remain respectful and appropriate.

- Tourist information and local recommendations

5.3 Unwanted Conversation
If a passenger or driver feels uncomfortable with a conversation, they have the right to:

Remember:Everyone has the right to a comfortable journey. If you feel uncomfortable, it's okay to say so.
